What Freddie accesses

With your permission, Freddie reads your calendar (Google or Microsoft) and, on Google, recent email metadata — sender, subject line, and snippet, never full bodies — to propose better use of your time. Changes are made only when you approve them.

What we store

Nothing by default. Your sign-in tokens live in an encrypted cookie in your own browser; preferences and learned rules live in your browser’s local storage. If you link WhatsApp, we store your phone number and an encrypted calendar credential server-side so Freddie can message you your morning plan; both are deleted the moment you unlink (reply STOP or use Settings). WhatsApp message content is acted on and discarded, never stored.

What we share

Calendar event titles and email subject lines are sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) to generate recommendations, and nowhere else. We don’t sell data, run ads, or share anything with third parties beyond the services above.

Deleting your data

Disconnect in Settings (removes Freddie’s access), unlink WhatsApp (deletes the server-side record), or email poweredbyfreddie@gmail.com and we’ll confirm deletion of anything held.
