Terms of Service
Focus (“Freddie”) is operated by Hollie King, United Kingdom — last updated 3 September 2026 · poweredbyfreddie@gmail.com
What Freddie is
Focus is an assistant that reads your calendar — and, on Google, recent email metadata — and suggests better ways to spend your time. It is early software, offered free of charge while in beta. We may change, pause or withdraw it at any time.
You stay in control
Freddie proposes; you approve. Nothing is moved, created or sent without you saying yes. Because Freddie is powered by a language model, its suggestions can be wrong — please read a proposal before approving it, particularly where other people’s time is involved. You remain responsible for your own calendar and for anything you approve.
Using it fairly
Use Freddie for your own calendar, with an account you are entitled to use. Please don’t attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, use it to send unsolicited invitations, or use it in any way that breaks the law or the terms of the services it connects to.
Your data
Handled as described in our Privacy notice. You can disconnect at any time in Settings, which removes Freddie’s access.
No warranty, limited liability
Freddie is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it — including missed meetings, scheduling errors or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product develops; the date above shows the current version, and continuing to use Freddie means accepting it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions: poweredbyfreddie@gmail.com
